A New Zealand physiotherapist, writing in the New Zealand Journal of Physiotherapy, has reviewed the literature on exercise and fatigue.
In addition to the well-known benefits of exercise on quality of life for people with MS, the evidence shows that exercise improves fatigue.
This is particularly in the context of people having a sense of control over the fatigue and over the illness. This fits very well with the model of health promoted here at Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis.
