The Neuroepidemiology Unit (NEU) at the University of Melbourne took part in the 2018 Battle of the Labs competition.

The 'Battle' is a competition run by the Kiss Goodbye To MS campaign, and aims to raise awareness of researchers who are working on a cure for MS. Voting started on May 1 - 'Red Lab Coat Day', with nine research units from across Australia taking part.

To enter, researchers donned some fetching red lab coats and made a video explaining their research. You can see the video from Professor George Jelinek and the team at the NEU above, in which George explains why research is so important in overcoming MS.
