OMS New Year's Resolutions

Six resolutions to help you stay on track with the OMS Program.

  1. Eat well – cut out meat and dairy, go wholefood plant-based with seafood.  More info here.
  2. Get outside for 15 minutes a day (to get sunlight).
  3. Take your supplements – flaxseed oil and vitamin D.

    > 20 – 40 ml flaxseed oil

    >  5,000-10,000 IU of vitamin D

  4. Exercise 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes.
  5. Meditate for 30 minutes a day to reduce stress.
  6. Change your life for life!
