- Get outside for 15 minutes a day (to get sunlight).
- Take your supplements – flaxseed oil and vitamin D.
> 20 – 40 ml flaxseed oil
> 5,000-10,000 IU of vitamin D
- Exercise 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes.
