Quick and easy recipe for crispy roasted kale chips.

Ingredients List

Serves 2
  • 1 handful fresh curly kale (will shrink down by 75% when cooked)
  • 1 tsb extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsb sea salt


  1. Wash and prepare kale by removing central spine and tearing into pieces.
  2. Toss with EV olive oil and salt.
  3. Spread out on roasting pan.
  4. Bake at 180° C for 15 minutes, turning once.
