Homemade Potato Wedges

OMS-friendly potato wedges that go perfectly with fish or even a veggie burger.

  • 4 medium potatoes


  1. Scrub and dry medium to large potatoes.
  2. Use evenly shaped oval potatoes.
  3. Cut each potato lengthwise into six long wedges.
  4. Lay wedges, skin-side down, on an oven tray lined with baking paper, or a non-stick liner.
  5. Sprinkle cut surfaces with pepper or seasoning mix, or leave them as is.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes at 160-180°C until the wedges are an even light brown.
  7. Serve the wedges hot with dips, or as a side dish with a meal.
