Serves 6
- 0.5 medium pumpkin (chopped)
- 1 medium sweet potato (chopped)
- 2 medium apples Granny Smith (chopped)
- 0.5 tsp curry powder
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder (or equivalent)
- 3 cups water
- 0.5 cup rice milk
Instructions
- Cut up vegetables and apples.
- Brown in a saucepan with small amount of olive oil and spices.
- Add water and cook until veggies soft.
- Blend. Stir in rice milk.
