Warming up your muscles and neural pathways after you’ve been resting

Dr Gretchen demonstrates three movements to help with you gain your confidence quicker and get moving faster after you have been sitting or resting for a while.

If you feel unstable when you first stand up after sitting or lying down for any length of time, these movements will help activate and “wake up” the muscles and neural pathways so they’re ready to work once you’re standing.
