Why should we keep moving?

Do you know why movement is so important?


Of course we know that physical activity can help with strengthening & stretching our muscles as well as balance and walking… but it can also help improve our memory, bladder/bowel movements, energy, sensation, breathing, and heart strength! Also – you don’t need to exercise for a long time in order for it to be effective. Move for a few minutes here and there when you get the chance! So, find something you enjoy and get moving.
