We have partnered up with Dr Gretchen and Patricia Hawley to hold free live movement classes focusing on body and mind for the Overcoming MS community.

The classes take place every Wednesday at 6pm BST. Each month there will be four classes that will alternate between Gretchen and Patricia and will focus on a set theme to help attendees see progression across the month.

Each session is recorded and will be available within 48 hours after the session. You will be able to access the recordings on this page. To book your place ahead of the live events, please visit our webinar and events page.
