  1. Steam onion in a little water.
  2. Add stock, garlic, almonds, vinegar, paprika, tamari (or soy sauce), ginger, curry powder and honey to the onion. 
  3. Simmer for five minutes.
  4. Blend arrowroot with a little water and add to sauce.
  5. Simmer until thick.

You could always use a slow cooker to make this recipe, once you have steamed the onions.
