- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1 clove garlic (chopped, to taste)
- 1 cup almonds (ground)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 0.25 tsp
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 0.5 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 tbsps arrowroot

Instructions
- Steam onion in a little water.
- Add stock, garlic, almonds, vinegar, paprika, tamari (or soy sauce), ginger, curry powder and honey to the onion.
- Simmer for five minutes.
- Blend arrowroot with a little water and add to sauce.
- Simmer until thick.
You could always use a slow cooker to make this recipe, once you have steamed the onions.
