- Slice tofu or tempeh into sticks and place in dish.
- Mix ginger and garlic with tamari.
- Pour mixture over tofu or tempeh and leave overnight.
- Preheat oven to 175°C / 350 F.
- Very lightly grease a baking tray.
- When ready to use pour off marinade and reserve.
- Coat tofu or tempeh with polenta.
- Place in greased dish and bake until golden.
- Serve with marinade poured over and a scattering of spring onions.
Add all of the above ingredients to taste.
