- 60 g chia seeds
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 400 ml almond milk

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
- When ready to serve, spoon into dessert glasses/bowls.
- Delicious on it’s own, or see below for serving suggestions.
Optional extras:
- add 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon to the mix
- add the finely grated zest of an orange to the mix
- serve with fresh or frozen berries, cherries, banana slices, orange segments, toasted flaked almonds or chopped nuts or a spoonful of plant-based yoghurt - the choice is yours!
