Ingredients List



  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, spoon into dessert glasses/bowls.
  4. Delicious on it’s own, or see below for serving suggestions.

Optional extras:

  • add 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon to the mix
  • add the finely grated zest of an orange to the mix
  • serve with fresh or frozen berries, cherries, banana slices, orange segments, toasted flaked almonds or chopped nuts or a spoonful of plant-based yoghurt - the choice is yours!
