- 0.5 cup water
- 0.5 cup ground almonds (grind in a coffee grinder)
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1.5 tsp tamari
- 0.25 tsp curry powder
- 0.5 tsp vegetable stock powder (check the ingredients list)

- Mix everything together.
- Adjust the seasonings to taste and get dipping
Flavours will develop further overnight if you can wait a little longer.
This is nice with carrot and celery sticks, or use it as a garnish for your vegetables. Should freeze OK, but might separate a little on thawing – just give it a stir.
You can substitute tahari for soy sauce if you eat gluten.
