Sweet Potato, Chickpea and Tomato Soup


An easy vegetable soup with chickpeas for protein.

Ingredients List for people
  1. Place all ingredients, except for chickpeas, in a pot.
  2. Bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are soft.
  3. Add chickpeas and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Adjust flavour to taste, add a little Tamari if required. Serve.

Can i get some clarification on what the 2 tsp under 1 med pepper & 1 tsp under the tumeric are for? I don't see any ingredients listed there.
