Sweet Potato Mash
This simple side works well with any Sunday dinner. Make sure to add plenty of seasoning and any of your favourite herbs.
Ingredients List for people
- Roughly chop the sweet potato into chunks and place in boiling water.
- Allow the potato to cook until soft.
- Drain and return to the pan.
- Pour in a dash of dairy-free milk of choice.
- Mash and keep adding milk until you have reached the desired consistency.
- Stir in seasoning and dried or fresh thyme.
