This simple side works well with any Sunday dinner. Make sure to add plenty of seasoning and any of your favourite herbs.

Ingredients List for people
  1. Roughly chop the sweet potato into chunks and place in boiling water.
  2. Allow the potato to cook until soft.
  3. Drain and return to the pan.
  4. Pour in a dash of dairy-free milk of choice.
  5. Mash and keep adding milk until you have reached the desired consistency.
  6. Stir in seasoning and dried or fresh thyme.
