Do you have poor posture when standing or walking?
Did you know there are two main reasons your poor posture exists and that there are exercises you can do to improve it?
Dr Gretchen shares her top tips:
- Type 1: Hinged Posture - This occurs when you have tight hip flexors and weak glutes & hamstrings.
- Type 2: Rounded Posture - This occurs when you have tight pectoral muscles and weak upper back muscles.
Therefore, correcting poor posture is a mix of stretching & strengthening these muscle groups!
