Does foot drop prevent you from walking your best?

1. Weakness in the front of your ankle/lower leg
2. Tightness in the back of your lower leg/calf
Therefore, strengthening the front of the ankle & stretching the back of the lower leg can be really effective in managing foot drop!

Foot drop is dangerous and can creep up on you when you’re fatigueing (I tripped and badly broke my elbow) - so thank you for putting these exercises online for us.
