Pick an activity/function that’s hard for you to do and break it down into as many steps as possible. Each of those steps are now your exercises!

Incredibly helpful! It sounds so obvious but I w certainly not approached exercise on this logical way. Using a variety of complementary approaches works for me. I will add this to my day to day. Thanks.
