Rocking back and forth from a chair exercising the spine.
I am very eager to follow you I now have SPMS and the physiotherapist tell me these exercises need to be done I go to yoga but only 2 x a week so I try to do as much as I can at home.

This looks really good as it is sitting on a chair. I fractured a vertebrae last year so this gentle exercise is brilliant. Also have huge problems with my knees so can't get down on the floor at the moment. Any sitting yoga is brilliant. Thank you.
