Very wise guidance Dr Gretchen. Totally agree, do what we love, back up times & positive thoughts, energy conservation…doubts & reminding of proof of previous consistency. I have 2-4 walks with my dogs every day, which I love. I swim in a quarry (lifeguards present/well managed), I facilitate a weekly conscious dance & work full time as an Community OT. Doing what we love, moving in what we love definitely helps us to thrive, to be happy! I may have MS, but nobody would know unless I told them. Thank you ?
