"I am Overcoming MS. Finding OMS was like someone turning on the light, at a really dark time. The programme makes sense to me as a health professional and is evidence-based. Adopting the OMS programme empowered me to feel like I could actually do something and control the condition. In 2017 a MRI scan revealed I had ‘No Evidence of Disease Activity’ (NEDA). Charity Overcoming MS and life have given me much more than MS ever took away from me. I’m not scared anymore. I’m looking forward to a healthy, happy future as I know I have all the tools I need to be well.”
