First you need to login, then go to 'your details' (on the top right hand side under the picture) is a section called 'your credentials' enter your new username in the 'username' field and enter your current password underneath and then scroll to the bottom and hit the save button. Your username is publicly visible.

To reset your website password, click on the person icon on the top right of the site (next to the search bar), and choose the 'forgot password' option to send an email in order to reset it to your registered email address. 

If you are still having problems, we can reset your password for you please email digital@overcomingms.org. You will then need to reset it yourself again once you are logged in to keep your profile secure. 

We love to hear your stories, expertise and life experiences and are grateful to for your willingness to do so. Whether you're following the OMS program, or are related in some way to someone who is, sharing your story can provide comfort and inspiration to others.  

You can choose to remain anonymous or put your name to it - it's completely up to you. 

Even though the subject or theme of the content may vary, we will only publish if there is a clear connection to either Overcoming MS, the OMS Program, and/or the OMS community. 

Please fill in our share your story form and we will get in touch with details and guidelines for you. Look at the blogs in the 'latest' area of the website to get inspiration - it could be based around tips, advice, a life event, an achievement, managing MS alongside an additional health condition, an important milestone or life event, relationships, family, pregnancy and MS, life lessons or anything you can think of. 

Some recipes have been renamed and a few have been removed as they were duplicated or not OMS complaint. 

You can use the search bar at the top on the website to search recipes by name, or you can use the recipe page to browse by category, skill level and dietary preference or search for a particular ingredient.  There is a 'load more' button at the bottom to show more recipes.

If you have forgotten your forum password, click the person icon on the forum page www.overcoming.org/forum, then press the big red button and fill in your details.

You will have set up a username when you registered on the Overcoming MS website. You may have two different usernames, one for the website (commenting on blogs, saving recipes etc) and one for writing comments on the forum.

For the website this you can sign in with your username or email address. Make sure you have the correct email address. It will not be your email address for the forum.

You will need to create a login for the rest of the website if you have not already. This allows you to join a Circle Online, like or comment on blog posts or research, manage your email subscriptions, update your details and save your favourite recipes, exercises and meditations to  your profile for future reference in ‘My Space’. 

Sign up here https://overcomingms.org/user/register. You can login with the person icon at the top right (next to the search).

Remember, your username is publicly visible so think about whether you want to use your full name.
