Website FAQs

Answers to questions relating to the Overcoming MS website.

What has happened to my website login?

We have worked on improving your login experience for the Live Well Hub. This meant removing the need for two separate profiles, so you will no longer have a profile on the Overcoming MS website, only a profile in the Live Well Hub. This means you will no longer need to log in via the Overcoming MS website and you will be able to login directly on the Live Well Hub app.

  • What does this mean for my website profile? You will no longer have a profile on the Overcoming MS website, only in the Live Well Hub.
  • How do I reset my password for the Live Well Hub? When logging in to the Live Well Hub, you will see a ‘Forgot my password’ option and will be able to click on this to receive a ‘magic link’ from Mighty Networks (the platform that the Live Well Hub is built on) to reset your password and log in.
  • If I am new to the Live Well Hub but have an existing Overcoming MS website password, should I use this as the Live Well Hub password? The first time you log in after we make these changes you will need to click on ‘Forgot password’ and you will need to set a new password for your Live Well Hub login.
  • Who do I contact if I’m having trouble logging in? If you are having trouble signing up to the Live Well Hub or logging in, you can email [email protected] to get direct support.

How can I share my story on the blog?

We love to hear your stories, expertise and life experiences and are grateful for your willingness to do so. Whether you’re following the Overcoming MS Program, or are related in some way to someone who is, sharing your story can provide comfort and inspiration to others.

You can choose to remain anonymous or put your name to it – it’s completely up to you.

Even though the subject or theme of the content may vary, we will only publish if there is a clear connection to either Overcoming MS, the Program, and/or the Overcoming MS community.

Please contact [email protected] and we will get in touch with details and guidelines for you. Look at the blogs in the ‘latest’ area of the website to get inspiration – it could be based around tips, advice, a life event, an achievement, managing MS alongside an additional health condition, an important milestone or life event, relationships, family, pregnancy and MS, life lessons or anything you can think of.
