That is why the OMS diet is a plant-based diet that eliminates meat and dairy (but includes seafood). It aims to significantly reduce saturated fat intake while increasing the intake of omega-3 fats.  Making changes to your diet can seem difficult and intimidating without inspiration, especially if you have been used to eating a lot of meat and dairy until now.
