“My MS first materialized December 2012. I remember it well, Christmas Eve, all the family were there and unfortunately the symptoms became a lot worse very quickly. Within three or four days I was in Southampton General hospital and then spent a couple of months with quite severe symptoms.

“I was diagnosed July 2013 but unfortunately I couldn’t see an MS consultant until the October of that year…”
