Which cookbook should be on your Christmas list?

December 10, 2018

If you love food and need some inspiration, look no further as we have compiled a list of cookbooks perfect for the foodie OMSer. Many cookbooks listed below also have websites with recipes where you can ‘try before you buy’ or apps which you can download. You can always look in your local library to see if they have cookbooks too or borrow from a friend.

We asked the OMS community what cookbooks they enjoy and find useful, to save you buying a book that isn’t useful. Some are vegan, and some include fish.

Some of the recipes will need adapting, for example substituting ingredients or sauteing in water instead of using oil.

Need some adapting

Some might use oils, coconut products or dairy products which will need substituting.
