What is an Overcoming MS Retreat?

Our Retreat starts with an online course delivered live in weekly sessions by qualified experts with lived experience of MS. It is then followed by a three-day immersive residential experience. Our Retreat supports people who are new to making lifestyle changes, as well as those who want to take their understanding and practice of the Overcoming MS Program to the next level.

Our Retreat combines expert-led learning with practical sessions and peer connection, so you can make evidence-based lifestyle changes that feel achievable in everyday life. You’ll leave with clear next steps, personalised ideas you can try at home, and tools to help you stay consistent over time.

How does an Overcoming MS Retreat support your health and wellbeing?

We focus on giving you tools you can keep using. People tell us they leave with a clearer understanding of what to do next, plus practical ways to make lifestyle changes stick.

Feedback from past participants

This Retreat has been truly life changing for me and I feel it has given me the tools for resilience that will allow me to adapt to all the challenging life experiences that will come with the unknowns of MS.”

I thought I knew everything about MS after living with it for over two decades. But after attending the Overcoming MS Retreat, I realized I had so much more to learn. I feel invigorated with a robust set of tools I can use to live with MS in a more holistically healthy way. I made some new friends too. It was so worthwhile.”

A life changing experience. The power of connection, of belonging, being seen… Not just transformative for knowledge, but also the way we live.”

The Retreat was life changing and has helped me manage my MS in a way I never thought possible. Even though I was following the Overcoming MS Program for four years before the Retreat, this has changed it all.”
