Are you new to the Overcoming MS Program or charity and are looking for a refresher on how lifestyle changes can help manage MS? Don’t miss our new online event!

Gina Beach, Living Well with MS Podcast producer, will help you to understand our charity’s mission to support you and share her in-depth knowledge of our community and resources. She’ll be joined by Overcoming MS Facilitator, Yvette Sargood, to guide you through the key lifestyle pillars of the Overcoming MS Program and answer your questions.

 The event will cover:

  • The Overcoming MS Program including how to eat and move well, manage stress, support your family and make lasting changes.
  • Expert-led guidance from someone with lived experience of MS, sharing their own experience and top tips.
  • A guide to tools and resources including upcoming courses, events and opportunities to get involved.
  • An interactive Q&A session with Yvette, Gina and the Overcoming MS community.

Pathway to Overcoming MS – Australia and New Zealand Course

We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for the next Pathway to Overcoming MS course, designed specifically for our Australasia community.

This free, interactive 8-week online course helps you explore and apply the Overcoming MS Program with the support of qualified experts who have lived experience of MS. Whether you’re new to the program or looking to deepen your understanding, this course provides the tools, knowledge, and community support to help you live well with MS.

Spaces are limited to just 35 participants, and previous courses have had over 100 people on the waiting list—so don’t miss out!

Expert Insights Webinar: Physical Activity and Overcoming MS

Join us for this Expert Insights webinar, where we’ll explore the physical activity pillar of the Overcoming MS Program. Facilitator Heather O’Neil will explore practical ways to integrate movement into your routine, backed by evidence and real-world success stories. Joining Heather is Lyndsey Housden, a Trainee Facilitator, who will share her journey with the Overcoming MS Program and answer your questions during a live Q&A.
