If you’d like to ‘pay it forward’ or cover the full cost of your subsidised ticket, we warmly welcome voluntary donations. A limited number of Personal Assistance tickets will also be made available for free, to those who require a carer or supporter to accompany them in order to Living Well Live.
Applications for personal assistance tickets will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for us to receive your application is 1st July, but please note that tickets may be fully allocated before then.

We understand that health can be unpredictable, especially for people living with MS. While tickets to Living Well Live – whether in-person or online – are non-refundable, we do want to support you as much as possible. If you’re unable to attend due to illness, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we can arrange to change your ticket to online attendance. Please note that while we’re unable to refund the price difference, we hope this option allows you to still enjoy the event from home. If you are unable to attend online, recordings of Living Well Live will be made available after the event to those who have purchased a ticket.
