Living Well Live! will be held at The Slate at the University of Warwick – a modern, fully accessible, lakeside venue nestled in beautiful green surroundings.

Ticket types and prices

We are committed to making Living Well Live an accessible event for our global community. Thanks to a generous donor, Overcoming has chosen to offer all tickets at a subsidised price as well as early bird discounts for both in-person and online attendees. 

If you’d like to ‘pay it forward’ or cover the full cost of your subsidised ticket, we warmly welcome voluntary donations. Your generosity helps us continue offering support and resources to people living with MS worldwide. You can add a donation amount to your ticket cost when purchasing from Eventbrite.

In-person ticket prices

  • Early bird – £39 per person (available until 4th July)
  • General admission – £55 per person

Personal Assistance Ticketing and Application Form

A limited number of Personal Assistance tickets will also be made available for free, to those who require a carer or supporter to accompany them in order to Living Well Live.

Applications for personal assistance tickets will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for us to receive your application is 1st July, but please note that tickets may be fully allocated before then.

Who is Living Well Live for?

Living Well Live is for everyone. People living with MS, their families and carers or interested in the evidence-based Overcoming MS Program and healthy lifestyle changes.

Is Living Well Live suitable for someone newly diagnosed with MS?

Yes, whether you are newly diagnosed or further along in your journey, the event offers practical advice and supportive community connections for all stages.

Will Living Well Live be recorded?

Yes – we understand that live attendance may not suit everyone in our global community, and that energy levels can vary. That’s why the main stage sessions of Living Well Live will be recorded and made available to attendees after the event.

How have ticket prices been calculated?

Overcoming MS is a charity committed to making Living Well Live affordable to our global audience. Thanks to a generous donor, we are in a position to heavily subsidise ticket prices and offer early bird discounts. 

Your ticket price covers event costs including venue hire, Overcoming MS-friendly food, expert speakers and the production company working with us to make this a hybrid event. 

 

How can I support others to enjoy this event?

Do you offer Personal Assistance tickets for a carer or supporter?

Yes. We offer a limited number of complimentary personal assistance tickets for carers or supporters.

Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to apply is 1st July, but tickets may be allocated sooner. See the ‘Ticket Types and Prices’ section above for more information about how to apply for a personal assistance ticket. 

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, The Slate is fully accessible and works with AccessAble to provide detailed venue guidance.

Is accommodation available?

Yes. Accommodation must be booked separately through The Slate, and it’s not included in your ticket price.

Will there be food provided at the in-person event?

Yes – your ticket includes Overcoming MS-friendly refreshments and lunch.

 

How do I join the event online?

All details will be provided closer to the time of the event, with login details as appropriate. Rest assured, our dedicated team will support you in joining the online event. 

If I’m unwell and can’t attend Living Well Live in person, can I have a refund?

We understand that health can be unpredictable, especially for people living with MS. While tickets to Living Well Live – whether in-person or online – are non-refundable, we do want to support you as much as possible. If you’re unable to attend due to illness, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we can arrange to change your ticket to online attendance. Please note that while we’re unable to refund the price difference, we hope this option allows you to still enjoy the event from home. If you are unable to attend online, recordings of Living Well Live will be made available after the event to those who have purchased a ticket.
