The books featured here share the same evidence-based foundations as Overcoming MS and were developed from the same body of research and lived experience that underpins our Program.

Vegan Weekly

VeganWeekly is a recipe and writing platform by professional chef and Overcoming MS contributor Jack McNulty, offering practical guidance for preparing healthy, plant-based meals.

Alongside detailed, easy-to-follow recipes, it provides tips, techniques and insights to build confidence in the kitchen and encourage creativity, with a mix of free and subscriber content.
