Sun dried tomato pesto

Ingredients List

 

Serves 6
  • 280 g sun-dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a food processor (or Vitamix etc) and process until it is fully combined.

     

Keep in the fridge after making – it lasts about 10 days.
