This dip is a great alongside your favorite curry and naan bread.

Ingredients List for people
Units:
- 3 1/2 fl oz non-dairy yoghurt
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp mint
- 1 lime juice only
- 1 tbsp tahini
Instructions
- Blend the yogurt, coriander, mint, lime and tahini together in a food processor until smooth
- If you want to add a bit more texture, add some finely chopped cucumber and mint.
