Rachel leads on the quality of Overcoming MS’s information provision and impact evaluation. She is passionate about ensuring people have access to high-quality health information based on the latest scientific evidence, believing that this empowers individuals to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing. When people understand their MS, as with any health conditions, they are better equipped to take proactive steps in managing their health and living well.

With almost 15 years’ experience in the health charity sector, Rachel has developed extensive expertise in the provision of evidence-based health information and evaluating both digital and in-person health and wellbeing interventions. She has produced evaluation reports for major funding partners, including the National Lottery Community Fund, Macmillan Cancer Support, and the Department of Health.

Rachel is committed to advancing holistic approaches to health and wellbeing, helping more people find support and take an active role in managing their health. Her work is driven by the belief that a whole-person, evidence-informed model of care should be the norm, not the exception.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys walking and cycling along the North Somerset coast, where she lives with her husband and young daughter.
