Find out about our partnership with Parallel Windsor, an inclusive challenge event promoting positive, accessible movement for people living with MS and other long-term conditions, with flexible distances and the option to take part in-person or virtually.
Parallel Windsor 2026 brings people together in a supportive, inclusive environment where movement is shaped around the individual, not their condition. Designed with flexibility and accessibility in mind, the event enables people to take part in ways that feel achievable, motivating and empowering.
Overcoming MS is a bronze partner charity for Parallel Windsor 2026, reflecting a shared focus on helping people stay active and connected and engaged
Distances range from 100m, 1K, 5K to 10K, so participants can choose a challenge that suits their ability on the day. While the in-person event takes place in Windsor Great Park in the south of England, a virtual option means people can also take part from elsewhere in a way that works for them.
A growing body of evidence shows that regular, moderate physical activity can play an important role in living well with MS – supporting mobility, fatigue management, mental wellbeing and overall quality of life. Events like Parallel Windsor help make movement feel achievable, enjoyable and empowering.
At Overcoming MS, we help people focus on what they can do to live well with MS. Our partnership with Parallel Windsor reflects that belief.”
Sian Southward, Director of Services at Overcoming MS
Parallel Windsor gives people a clear and meaningful reason to fundraise for the causes they care about, without pressure.
There’s no minimum fundraising target. We simply ask participants to raise what they can. Every pound makes a difference.
Parallel Windsor brings together many charities, and participants can choose who they fundraise for. Overcoming MS community members taking part can choose to fundraise for us, enabling us to provide support through our programmes, information resources and community, so more people with MS can make informed lifestyle choices and live well with MS.
Our fundraisers won’t be doing it alone. Fundraising support is available, with ideas, guidance and encouragement to help you along the way.
