Why work with us?

Make a real difference

As a small charity, every member of our team makes an important contribution to our work. We hear directly from our community about the impact of our work and see first-hand how our information, services and support help people living with MS make informed choices about their health and wellbeing.

Flexible and remote by design

We are a fully remote organisation, giving our team the flexibility to work in a way that suits them and their responsibilities outside work. We offer flexible and part-time working options, support colleagues to attend medical appointments and provide time off in lieu for agreed work outside normal hours.

A supportive and inclusive culture

We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and able to be themselves. As a Disability Confident Committed employer, we actively encourage applications from disabled people and are committed to making reasonable adjustments throughout recruitment and employment.

Wellbeing matters

Supporting wellbeing is central to our mission and our culture. We offer wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme, generous annual leave and opportunities to engage with practices that support physical and mental wellbeing.

Learn and grow

We are committed to helping our people develop. From tailored learning opportunities and external training to the chance to take on new projects and responsibilities, we encourage colleagues to build skills, explore ideas and grow their careers.
