Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients List

Serves 1
  • 120 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 banana sliced
  • dried apple pieces handful of
  • raisins handful of
  • pumpkin seeds handful of
  • 375 ml almond milk

Instructions

  1. Mix everything in a food bowl
  2. Place in a sealable container and then place in the fridge over night so it thickens up.
