Russell leads the development and optimisation of Overcoming MS’ digital channels, ensuring our online presence effectively promotes our services and engages our community. From refining how we communicate online to leveraging data for a more personalised experience, he continuously analyses and enhances digital interactions.
With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, Russell has led as Head of Digital in an agency setting and built his own successful digital marketing consultancy. His expertise in data-driven marketing, user experience, and online engagement provides a strong foundation for expanding Overcoming MS’ digital reach and impact.
Russell is passionate about making a meaningful impact on a personal level, where his work directly improves people’s lives. This drive is what drew him to Overcoming MS and its mission.
Outside of work, Russell is part of his church’s leadership group, enjoys playing and watching sports, and, alongside his wife, spends much of his time chasing after their two young children.
