Director of Partnerships and Programmes
Sian leads the development and delivery of Overcoming MS’s programmes and services, ensuring they provide meaningful support to people living with MS. She builds strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, volunteers, and advisors, strengthening the organisation’s capacity and expertise. By fostering collaboration and innovation, she helps ensure the MS community has access to high-quality, evidence-based resources.
With 25 years of experience in the not-for-profit and public sectors, Sian specialises in transformational change, operational delivery, programme management, and strategic development. She has worked with organisations such as Guide Dogs, Age Concern, and Hertfordshire Constabulary, developing life-changing services.
Having seen the impact of MS on individuals and families in her own network, Sian was deeply moved by the hope and resilience within the Overcoming MS community. Their stories continue to inspire her commitment to improving lives and driving positive change.
Outside of work, Sian enjoys running and spending quality time with her family, which keeps her energised and motivated.
