We can’t do it without you

Overcoming MS receives no statutory funding from governments or local authorities.

Everything we do for the Overcoming MS community is only possible thanks to the commitment and generosity of our incredible supporters.

Whether it’s taking part in a trek, putting on a quiz night, setting up a regular gift or nominating Overcoming MS for a Facebook birthday fundraiser, you can make a difference.

  • £5 a month helps us maintain the Live Well Hub, where thousands of members of our community can engage with each other in a safe, supportive and informative environment.
  • £10 a month helps us put on our bi-monthly Discover Overcoming MS livestreams, where people new to Overcoming MS can find out more about how lifestyle changes can help them to live well with MS.
  • £20 a month supports our podcast series, where experts and inspirational people living with MS share their insights and experiences.
  • £100 helps us create vital resources like our healthy recipes and friendly exercise videos, to enable people with MS to manage their symptoms, reduce relapses and delay disease progression.
  • £1,000 helps us create education resources which we can share with healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are better able to support people with MS with their lifestyle management.
