Orange and Vanilla Ice Lollies

Easy-to-make, Overcoming MS-friendly ice lollies, made with only 5 ingredients. Keep in the freezer for a delicious dessert or a treat on a hot day!

Ingredients List

 

Serves 1
  • 400 g unsweetened soy yoghurt
  • 100 g fresh orange juice
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • Finely grated zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight.
  3. Unmould by dipping in warm water for a few seconds and enjoy!

Notes

  • You will need a blender and some ice lolly moulds for this recipe.
  • Try swapping the orange juice for your favourite fruit juice flavour!
