Christmas Tree Crudités

This Christmas tree of fresh fruit and veggies is perfect for dipping, try it with our creamy hummus or zesty guacamole for a holiday hit.

Ingredients List

 

Serves 6
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 carrots
  • 12 green grapes
  • red bell peppers
  • head of broccoli about 100 g / 3½ oz
  • ½ apple
  • 3 radishes
  • 3 Brussels sprouts
  • 1 yellow bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots, peppers, broccoli and cucumber into strips.
  2. Break the broccoli apart
  3. Start to build the ‘tree’, arrange the green fruits and vegetables first. 
  4. Add the ‘baubles’ – tomatoes, radishes – and then the ‘tinsel’ – slices of pepper.
  5. Finally, create a star for the top of the tree from a yellow pepper. 
  6. Serve immediately with your favourite dips, or chill until ready to serve.

Chickpea and sun dried tomato dip
