- Deseed and dice tomato adding to bowl.
- Deseed chili and finely dice both chili and red onion, adding to the bowl with tomato and crushed garlic.
- Halve and stone the 3 avocados scooping out the flesh. Mash the flesh to the consistency you want. Add to other ingredients
- Add lime juice and diced cilantro then season.
- Cover with cling film
Limit your portion size as avocado contains saturated fats.
