Does foot drop prevent you from walking your best?

Learn the 2 main causes of foot drop AND two exercises you can do to combat it from Dr Gretchen!

The biggest culprits are:

1. Weakness in the front of your ankle/lower leg

2. Tightness in the back of your lower leg/calf

Therefore, strengthening the front of the ankle & stretching the back of the lower leg can be really effective in managing foot drop!
