Basic Smoothie

Ingredients List

 

Serves 1
  • 1 frozen banana slice the banana small to make blending easier before freezing
  • 60 g to 140 g / to 1 cup frozen fruit of choice
  • 30 g greens spinach, kale, sprouts etc.
  • 113 to 233 ml / to 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes optional
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal

Instructions

  1. Combine everything in a blender and blend.
  2. Enjoy!
 

Notes

  • Add your flax oil here.
  • For a chocolate smoothie, use 2 tbsp cacao powder & strawberries for a strawberry chocolate smoothie.
  • For a tropical smoothie, use ½ cup orange juice & ½ cup water & mangos and pineapple (120 ml orange juice & 120 ml water & mango and pineapple about 125–180 g total, fresh or frozen).
