1. Combine everything in a blender and blend!
- Add your flax oil here.
- For a chocolate smoothie, use 2 tbsp cacao powder & strawberries for a strawberry chocolate smoothie.
- For a tropical smoothie, use ½ cup orange juice & ½ cup water & mangos and pineapple.
