1. Combine everything in a blender and blend!

Options:

  • Add your flax oil here.
  • For a chocolate smoothie, use 2 tbsp cacao powder & strawberries for a strawberry chocolate smoothie.
  • For a tropical smoothie, use ½ cup orange juice & ½ cup water & mangos and pineapple.
