- 1 ½ cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 4 oz pumpkin puree frozen (I freeze mine in ice cube trays and use 4-5 pumpkin puree "ice cubes")
- 1 banana frozen cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Hemp hearts
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground ginger
- dash of ground nutmeg
- dash of ground allspice
Add all ingredients to a high speed blend and blend until smooth.
You can swap the spices for 1/2 tsp of pre-made pumpkin pie spice.
