Ingredients List

Serves 1
  • 1 ½ cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 113 g pumpkin puree frozen (I freeze mine in ice cube trays and use 4-5 pumpkin puree "ice cubes")
  • 1 banana frozen cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp ground ginger
  • dash of ground nutmeg
  • dash of ground allspice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blend and blend until smooth. 

  2. Enjoy!

Options:

You can swap the spices for 1/2 tsp of pre-made pumpkin pie spice.
