- 4 medjool dates pits removed
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp flax seeds freshly ground
- 2 tbsp almond butter or preferred nut butter
- sea salt pinch of
- 1 cup almond milk

- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.
- Start blending on low and then increase to high and blend until thick and smooth and all the ice is blended!
- Add more milk if needed to thin.
If your dates are dry or hard, soak them in warm water for about 15-30 minutes. Drain and make the milkshakes as directed.
