  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.
  2. Start blending on low and then increase to high and blend until thick and smooth and all the ice is blended!
  3. Add more milk if needed to thin.

If your dates are dry or hard, soak them in warm water for about 15-30 minutes. Drain and make the milkshakes as directed.
