Salted Date and Flax Milkshake

Breakfast

This creamy milkshake is satisfying and indulgent but is also a secret vehicle for some so-good-for-you ingredients. Ground flaxseeds offer omega 3 fats, anti-inflammatory lignans, and fiber. Almond butter offers vitamin E and protein, and bananas offer potassium and provide creaminess without fat or dairy.

Thanks for this recipe, really good! I made it yesterday as a dessert and will have the rest this morning. I just used 2 medjool dates and it was plenty sweet enough, might just use 1 next time as they can upset the tummy a bit. I'll give the strawberry one a go next.
