What is 6 Months to Overcoming MS?

Change isn’t easy – but with the right support, it is possible. This free, online course helps people with MS make practical, lasting lifestyle changes based on the evidence-backed Overcoming MS Program. Whether you follow one pillar or all of them, this month-by-month journey provides a clear path forward.

You’ll access expert-led guidance and practical tools to support goals in:

  • Diet & Vitamin D

  • Physical Activity & Exercise

  • Stress Management & Meditation

  • Sustainable behaviour change through Change Your Life, for Life

Each month, you’ll be guided by videos, written content, downloadable PDFs and supporting emails, designed to suit different learning styles and energy levels.
