This free, expert-led online course is designed to help people living with MS make sustainable lifestyle changes. Co-developed with people living with MS, it takes a holistic approach by covering key pillars of the Overcoming MS Program, including nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and behaviour change.
The course is led by experts living with MS and blends dynamic teaching, interactive discussions, and peer support in small-group 90-minute Zoom sessions each week.
Each week, you’ll gain science-backed insights, practical strategies, and real-world applications to help you integrate the Overcoming MS Program into your daily life.

We offer the Pathway course free of charge as part of our mission to help more people live well with MS. Money shouldn’t prevent you from improving your health. However if you would like to donate to help more people access our services we suggest a donation of £35/$45/$70 AUD but please choose an amount that feels comfortable to you.
No, this course is available to anyone living with MS who wants to take proactive steps to improve their health. Friends, family, and caregivers are also encouraged to join.
We strongly encourage live participation to ensure you get the most out of the Pathway to Overcoming MS course. Overcoming MS is a charity that receives no statutory funding, we offer this course for free to make it as inclusive as possible. To ensure resources aren’t wasted and people don’t miss out on a course, we ask participants to commit to attending at least 90% of the sessions before registering. Participants who attend 80% or more of the sessions will receive access to the session recordings after the course ends.
