Interim Chair of the Board of Trustees
Penny has spent the majority of her career employed in the NHS in Executive Director and CEO roles and at Board level across all sectors of NHS and Social Care for more than 30 years. Over the past ten years, she has also run her own successful management consultancy business, offering project support and leadership across the health and care sectors. Penny also provides leadership and personal coaching and is a CEDR qualified mediator.
Penny joined the Board of Overcoming MS in June 2024, becoming Interim Chair of the Board in January 2025. Her own diagnosis of MS means that she strongly supports the approach to empower and support individuals to make their own choices and to be able to manage and live well with MS.
