The UK Pop-Up Circles Tour 2024

Following the huge success of our 2023 UK tour where we connected with so many people in our incredible community, we are excited to announce our 2024 UK tour where we will be stopping in Manchester, London, Belfast and Hampshire.

What is a Pop-Up event?

The Pop-up events are a great opportunity to learn more about the Overcoming MS Program and connect with others in a safe, supportive space. They include talks from fantastic speakers, and a chance to meet new people in the community and connect with Circle members, Ambassadors and the Overcoming MS team. Each event is livestreamed so no matter where you are in the world you can join and hear from our fantastic speakers.

UK Pop-Up Circles Tour 2024

This year, we are hoping to bring as many people together as possible, whether you’re already following the Program or interested in learning more, the Pop-Up Circles events are for everyone! There will be opportunities to hear from Ambassadors, Circle members, Facilitators and a range of other exciting speakers on how the Overcoming MS Program can help people with MS to live healthier, happier lives. We hope you’ll be able to join us!

“I went to a 2023 Pop-Up, and it was a massively important event for me.”

Last year’s highlights

In 2023, we welcomed over 140 people from across the UK and beyond to our Pop-Up events. We received lots of positive feedback, with attendees telling us about the meaningful and lasting impact these gatherings had on them:

“I went to a 2023 Pop-Up, and it was a massively important event for me. I was only diagnosed with PPMS in September 2022, and this Pop-Up let me hear the voices of other ‘MSers’. The diversity of people, ages, symptoms and stories was great. It helped me know that Overcoming MS is a believable way of life.”

“Actually meeting people, some of the only people I know with MS, helped me to embrace my diagnosis and I am now convinced that following Overcoming MS is the way forward for me. My symptoms have improved massively in the last 6 months that I have been following the Program. Without the Pop-Up, I am not sure I would be where I am today.”

Each event had a brilliant lineup of speakers who explored the different aspects of living well with MS through the Overcoming MS Program:

  • We heard from some of our fantastic Facilitators including, Dr Jonathan White, Dr Rachael Hunter, Dr Phil Startin, and Nutritional Therapist Sam Josephs.
  • We welcomed guest experts Michelle Overton from Mental Wellbeing Services UK and Dr Fraser Quin of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
  • We also celebrated our incredible volunteer Ambassadors, who shared their personal journeys with the Overcoming MS Program and discussed how they support individuals in their Circles.
